Why do we use this Measure?

The return of Tasmanian Aboriginal cultural property collections will demonstrate respect for Aboriginal culture and enable Tasmanians to appreciate Aboriginal artefacts that rightly belong in Tasmania

Explanation of measure

The measure is the cumulative count of Aboriginal cultural property collections previously held overseas and repatriated to Tasmania in the period ending on the 31st of May each year as a percentage of the total number of collections held overseas prior to the year 2001.
