In the year 2000, it appeared that 71.6% of the Tasmanian Grade 10 school cohort of 1998 enrolled in Grade 12 . This compares with 69.8% for NSW; 79.7% for Victoria; 78.7% for Queensland; 69.5% for South Australia; and 71.6% for Western Australia.
