Explanation of measure

The measure is an estimate from the General Social Survey conducted by the ABS. It is the estimate of proportion of employees with family and community commitments who have flexible work arrangements. This draft benchmark is currently being developed by the Progress Board. Draft targets have been established and recommendations to complete the benchmark will be put to Parliament for approval later this year.
