Progress Board Comments

Progress Board CommentsTasmania\'s greenhouse gas emissions level remains constant. The baseline was previously revised from 9.8 Mt to 8.1 Mt as a result of refinements to the emissions estimation methodologies used for the National Greenhouse Accounts. Revised targets have been drafted in light of the change to the baseline and recommendations to amend the benchmark will be put to Parliament for approval later this year.
